Hey maybe if you take your ecto to a truck wash? I’m sure their bays are tall enough if they can handle an 18 wheeler.
Speaking of car washes do any of you ever have bugs splattered all over the roof rack? Cause where I live at night lots of bugs fly around and they get splattered all over cars. I can only imagine how many bugs would get stuck on a roof rack.
I only have the two amber lights and I went out to the country and drove along with them on at night, which was a major mistake because I washed the car when I got back and YES they were covered in bugs. They’re attracted to the light and even if they miss the front of the car, everything else is prime target.
Yeah, I got two amber lights for my car too and the damn love bugs show up twice a year, it gets REALLY bad.
That?s what makes riding a bike a night worst for me cause bugs hit against my body and not a car. I remember a few times I have seen bugs splattered against the yellow tanks on my bike, I was surprised that I was going fast enough to crush bugs on impact.
Yeah, not to mention the bugs stuck in your teeth and face XD I used to ride my bike at night, not anymore man, not anymore.. Though those junebugs provide good snacks and extra protien for energy puke
