Is it me or is anyone else having email issues ? I’ve gotten no emails for any of the orders I have placed and can’t even locate one of my orders on my purchase history.
I haven’t had any issues.
One thing I will say in your specific case. Your email on your account is different from the email on the orders. So they may be going to a different email account than what you are expecting.
If you were not logged in, it won’t show up on your order history on your account.
Yeah I made sure I was logged in when I ordered. I just updated my email address a few days ago after I had placed the orders. The only emails I have ever received was item restocks. I haven’t got any in regards to any orders that are in my history.
The orders were definitely placed under a different email and changing the email on the forum doesn’t retroactively update the email on the orders. Just a heads up, I would check the old email’s inbox and spam folders.
Gotcha. Yeah I’ve checked every folder under both emails looking for anything but all I have are restock emails.
