i ordered a khaki air force flight suit.no problem ecept it has velcro built it on the exact spot where the name tag goes.it would be cool, but the velco isnt as big as the gb nametag would be.any ideas on what to do?
I just unstitched the velcro piece and took it off. And then sewed the name tag on.
my flightsuit had that, too. at the time, I just made a name tag off my computer, and made it small enough to fit it and glued it onto the velcro patch. most people liked it alright. but then I got my nametag in the mail from Vinicus (sp?) ayres, and i had it just stitched to the velcro patch. it’s not a bad idea. ^_^.
I used velcro backing on my GB logo, and used the velcro front piece that came with the suit as a name patch. It’s not very good or movie accurate, but I used my nickname “Z” for the patch and just wrote it on with a black magic marker.
Hell… you can just barely see the black line I used… I assure you it’s there. I’ll have to make it thicker before next time I wear it.
