Yep, finding one locally is your best bet, I just found a complete LC-1 frame/straps (even included the bag, haha) this week at a local surplus store.

Well I definitely can appreciate having a place to get the whole thing without hassle. And if I can’t find one around here I will probably order one.

Well i seen a hand full of AC-1 straps and asked him if he had a black AC-1 frame … he thought he might and he call me in a few days … well two days later he had a frame with straps and told it was $50 but he looked around and found that " these are collectors items " and told he could not let it go for less than $150…
So now its on e-bay for $245… CRAZY !!!
needless to say i do no business with him any more …
And to be fair yes i have a AC-1 with straps on e-bay right now as well ..

yes …but buyer pays real shipping cost … ebay’s shipping thing doesnt take into account something of odd shape …
Its not odd shape. Shouldn’t cost more then 16 dollars anywhere in the US parcel post as long as you dont pack it in a box 3 times the size of the frame.
