Thank you very much. I couldn’t find anything on this. The standard articles were dodging this. I didn’t look at the plans figuring they were all guesses on what it could be.
The last image I wrongly was looking at the holster for the radio. I was thinking the silver thing on the trap was a clip so naturely it hold (but not very good) the trap to a pouch. Usually the radio holster was on the persons right and not left. That shot of Egon it was on his left. That was where Ray wore the holster.
Before bashing, note that using the search bar (which usually works pretty well on this site) that the first 2 pages of results were either pages that dropped the words trap holster one time, or were about making holsters for mattels toy. None talking about how Ray actually carried the trap in the Hotel.
