The black ones you found are the same I use. The aluminum inlay on top shouldn’t have the indicator mark for screen accuracy, but it’s not a big deal. The “originals” were found to be made by Davies Molding and can be found via THIS link. The caps pop off and look like the screen accurate versions. I think that both black knob versions were used as I can see some cosmetic differences in the photos from the Planet Hollywood photos. So, good find on the black knobs!
The silver knob is close, but not 100% accurate. Here are some pics of what you’re looking for:

Note the differences are that the top is domed and the knurling is a diamond pattern (cross-cut). Many companies make these and they are rather expensive to buy per unit. And all companies I’ve found have a rather large minimum order for them – 250 or more knobs.
