its really not as bad as you think. its like going to a flea market, just with alot of people dressed in costumes.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THE GB DINNER
I was informed last minute tonight.. literally got a call from Friday’s at 8:30.. that we will need to vacate our room by 9:30. There is apparently a boxing thing that will on TV and the general manager just informed the planning girl about it. Basically guy wants to kick us out because he wants the boxing crowd in so he can make money off of them.
Apparently he informed the girl that because we are not paying a flat rate room fee, he would charge each of us an extra $10 dollars if we choose to remain past 9:30.. yes I know.. Bull****. She apparently tried argueing with him about it.. but IDK he’s being a jerk.
so…yes this is aggrivating.. but we we are permitted to show up earlier..
So If everyone is cool.. i’m sure we will all be discussing it on Saturday.. I say we just meet up there at 6:00 on Sat.

I just found out about this gathering, so I might actually wanna get in on meeting guys like Ron, PC, and Zack if they’re gonna be there. Look for the black guy wearing a GB2 t-shirt and/or a teddy-bear hat hehe.
Well, I will be packing up the wife and kids for the con tomorrow. I dont have my suit ready, but I will wear some type of GB shirt!

It was my first CON… wish I could have made the Dinner. The day was running long for us, and we had to go home to take care of the dog.

It was nice to meet Ron and Zack, and Angell. I look forward to more cons with you guys (sorry I couldn’t make the dinner though).

Great to meet all of you guys for the first time and some familiar friends! Long 3 days, tiring, got home not too long ago, had a blast, saw lots of great stuff and hung out with cool people who liked GB, couldn’t have asked for more! I’ll post some of my pics over the next day or two.
