there was a couple of episodes in the real ghostbusters that mentioned alot of stuff from the ghostbusters movies like mostly about gozer
Terror dogs also appear in a couple of episodes. Vigo is mentioned once too, as well as the mood slime making an appearance.

This isn’t a definitive list, as I’m more familiar with the episodes from the show’s early run, rather than it’s later, run-down years, but it should give you a good idea of the references that were sprinkled throughout the show:
•The title sequence: Stay Puft and Slimer make an appearance.
•Ghosts ‘R’ Us: Ray cuddles a Stay Puft plush toy.
•Mr. Sandman, Dream Me a Dream: A dreaming child who was eating Stay Puft marshmallows conjures up a dream version of Stay Puft.
•Take Two: The Ghostbusters visit the set of their own movie, and arrive late to the premiere at Radio City Music Hall, which featured actual footage from the movie.
•Look Homeward, Ray: When the guys catch Ray at Grand Central before he heads off to Morrisville, Slimer drops Ray’s Stay Puft plush on top of the other items he received.
•Citizen Ghost: This episode addresses the events immediately after the Ghostbusters returned from their battle with Gozer. The episode features the one canonical appearance of the RGB team in the tan uniforms from the movie, which end up coming to life thanks to the P.K.E. energy the suits absorbed during the battle with Gozer. While the Sedgewick isn’t mentioned by name, it is referenced by Peter when they discover Slimer at the Firehouse for the first time.
•Cry Uncle: Stay Puft is accidentally released from the Containment Unit by Egon’s uncle, forcing the guys to have to re-trap him.
•Adventures in Slime and Space: The Mayor of New York in this episode is likely the cartoon version of Mayor Lenny.
•Ghost Busted: Stay Puft appears at the end of the episode.
•You Can’t Take It With You: Having discovered the portal Mr. Tumnel has opened into the ghost world, Egon notes that “the open door to the spirit world swings both ways”.
•The Collect Call of Cathulhu: Egon flippantly remarks that Cthulhu “Makes Gozer look like Little Mary Sunshine”.
•The Bird of Kildarby: The Mayor of New York in this episode is likely the cartoon version of Mayor Lenny.
•Janine Melnitz, Ghostbuster: While discussing the recent uptick in hauntings in the New York area, Winston remarked that things were almost as bad as when they fought Gozer. Winston’s remark prompted Peter to ask if they were seeing a return of Gozer, which Egon was able to rule out based on the scientific data they had.
•The Scaring of the Green: Although the character design differs from previous episodes, the Mayor of New York in this episode is likely the cartoon version of Mayor Lenny.
•Deadcon I: Stay Puft is released by Janine to placate the organisers of Deadcon I, following a poorly-thought out directive by Ray.
•The Revenge of Murray the Mantis: While evading the newly-animated Murray the Mantis, Egon speculates that Murray’s powers could be as strong as Gozer’s, prompting Winston to suggest they release Stay Puft to combat the new threat. Winston also evokes Egon’s line from the film with “Great, another big Twinkie!”.
•Rollerghoster: Stay Puft features in the artwork for the unauthorised “Rollerghoster” ride at Ray Cougar’s amusement park.
•I Am the City: Upon learning about Marduk, the Babylonian god of cities, Winston remarked: “I thought we didn’t have to do any more guards?!”, Egon also riffs on Ray’s “On behalf of the city, county and state of New York” line.
•Egon’s Ghost: The first on-screen appearance by the Terror Dogs, seen in Thole’s domain.
•Big Trouble With Little Slimer: The first (and only) on-screen appearance by Walter Peck.
•The Copycat: A Terror Dog is seen in a couple of scenes in this episode.
•The second title sequence: With the revamp of the show’s title sequence in 1989, a Terror Dog is now makes an appearance.
•Partners in Slime: Egon references Vigo the carpathian, and notes that the events involving the mad sorcerer occurred “last year” whilst coating Peter with mood slime.
•The Halloween Door: Stay Puft makes a brief appearance in this episode.
•Jailbusters: The ghost warden uses Terror Dogs as
•Slimer!: The Sedgewick Hotel and its staff appeared in multiple episodes.

in that rays favorite comic book episode there was a scene where ray are scream like a crazy guy and the guys were like whats the matter and they mentioned gozers back and ray said in reply much worse and i think slimer said whats worse than gozer
and then that episode where the ghostbusters and slimer would turn off power wherever they go and when they were at the same public library from the movies and peter mentioned how it was there 1st case and ray mentioned how they were not allowed there
That’s one I keep forgetting, the TV channel that I used to watch the episodes on back in the 1990s used to edit the episodes down for timing, and that scene was one that got cut.

I did forget that one, but I did say I was more familiar with the early episodes of the show’s run. 
Also in this episode Ray remarks that they can’t let Con Ed shut down their power again. As a kid I thought this might just be a joke reference to an off-screen moment where the containment unit was almost shut off, but I believe he actually could be talking about the Con Ed guy in GB1 who shuts off the grid at Peck’s orders.
