can i please have an update on the shipping? after 3 months, me and a few others are still waiting. i have already seen somebody reselling theirs on facebook and am wondering why i haven’t received mine yet nor a tracking number…
I just got the tracking number over your way on Facebook. A few people have had issues with USPS delivery delays, which I’m working through as they come in.
All orders that don’t have special stuff going on or extra stuff being added (you know who you are) have been shipped and should be delivered, or delivering soon.
This run ended up taking a good bit longer than I originally anticipated, having to move my shop right after things got started was a real setback, and I’m still working out of boxes in a lot of places there, instead of having everything properly set up and easily accessible. Ordering, waiting for delivery, and setup of the new mill and lathe was another big setback, but now I’ve got both machines ready to rock.
In general, I’m working towards having parts in stock and ready to ship before orders are taken, which in some ways is how it’s been for a while now, and in others has been a bit more difficult. With throwers, I’m going to focus on getting the small parts stocked and ready to ship before working on more thrower bodies, so things will be much faster in the future. I spent a lot of time during this run sorting out little stuff, like correct drill bit sizes and other ‘best practices’ for how to make each part. Fortunately, I’m a good note taker, so now I’ve got a binder full of information on how to make each piece and in what order, so in the future, I’ll have a MUCH quicker turnaround on projects like this.

No word on a package being delivered from my end. Any tracking numbers or updates?
I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks since paying for 2 light kits. Based on commincation through Facebook, they were supposed to be shipped last Wednesday. Still haven’t arrived. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Crix through FB, but not messages are returned. Looks like a lot of us are in the same boat.
My guess is that we will all receive shipments around the same time as things get finished.
I just hope its soon.
Missed the posts in this thread, but you should all have received messages and tracking numbers over the last few weeks in various places. I had a batch of packages returned to me from the post office, and had to sort through and re-print the postage before bringing them back in.
Everything’s off at the post office, and if it hasn’t arrived yet, should be showing up soon. I’m excited to have all of this stuff in everyone’s hands, and I hope it all ended up being worth the wait.
