Heyoo all! I’m from a small town in Eastern Kentucky. I’m 30 years old. Although I live in Kentucky I work in West Virginia as a heavy equipment operator for a surface mining operation. I had already been a life long Ghostbusters fan when I met and made friends with the Ghostbusters - West Virginia Division when they made their debut at ShockaCon 2013. With the help of one of their main guys I spent the next year assembling my own uniform, which I debuted at ShockaCon 2014 this year and was welcomed aboard as a member. Looking forward to meeting a lot of fellow GB fans and further diving into the fandom.
Welcome! I grew up in the Eastern part of the state - hope to see you around at some point!
welcome to the firehouse
I’m in eastern KY also just not as east as you.
I’m from Lee county and I do events all the time with the Western Kentucky Ghostbusters (don’t let the name fool you, they are based in Lexington)
Welcome from Lexington!
Thanks all for the warm welcome. Yeah, I’m from Martin County, right on the border.
