Hey folks,
i wand to build a new neutrona-wand.
But i dont know what kit i should buy.
I search for a kit made of Resin or fiberglas and Aluminiumparts. A full-Aluminium-kit is to expensive at the moment, i think it can kost something around 150-180 USD
Whan is your favorite? what would you buy when you can choose?

There’s a few different options out there.
The first Proton Gun I bought was a resin Gun Box and PVC pipes from Multimediamayhem. The newer one I now have is a full aluminium assembly.
I can currently only recall one fibreglass Proton Gun being offer at the moment, part of an interest run by member nick-a-tron.
The MMM resin one I had was good, and served me well for the years I used it. I’m greatly looking forward to the aluminium one, as it’ll give me more space to work with and would also be lighter than the resin one.
MMM and Nick’s offerings are usually pretty affordable. Hope that helps.

He´s currently offering a glassfibre kit in the “For sale” section.
But he also has a resin kit, which I bought and love.

Recastrelics, as the name implies, is a person who recasts other peoples parts. And the quality is extremely poor. DO NOT BUY. Please checkout the feedback section and the banned seller list. There are a lot of banned sellers that sell on ebay. There are only a couple of good sellers on ebay, and they also sell on these boards.
When in doubt, always check the Feedback forum.
I highly recommend Throwing Chicken’s gun kits. I used his kit on my first gun build and his Version 3.0 is even more outstanding!

Another +1 for ThrowingChicken’s kit. I have the v3 and it’s gorgeous. Putting it together and painting it was a breeze.
I have to admit I really like the looks of tc’s gun kit. I will be ordering one in the next couple months hopefully.
My last two guns were Throwing Chicken and I can’t recommend them enough. The castings are sharp, and the build is ■■■■ proof. Great stuff all the way around.
