I’m finally going to be purchasing my electronics to connect my pack lights and gbfans sound board this week when I get paid.
I’ve studied alot and think I should be able to wire up my battery to be charged from the power plate rivetted to the motherboard and then the battery connected to the soundboard powering my light kits…My only uncertainty is what parts to use.
Hi AG, I plan on setting up my GBfans soundboard and light kit this weekend,
I’m going to be using the switches that I have salvaged from my exoray kits, (I assume they should work with the kit)
My question though relates to wire for wiring the switches and the battery/speaker connections.
Wire and battery look good, no experience with the speaker though. For the riveted switch plate, I recommend using locking toggle switches, so nothing accidentally turns on or off. Plus they look cool and industrial
Also, dont forget to buy a few feet of 1/8" and 1/4" shrink tubing to insulate your connections. Its a cheap item that beefs up the strength of your connections, and alot of people often forget about it
