I was going though my GB photo file and I came across the wallpaper of the trap that was issued when you play the “Containment Grid” game on the offical site. That’s when I saw this:
I can’t read what it says in the print. Now I know that the numbers are probably just some kind of serial number–but could they possibly be a cheat code of some kind? Maybe unlimited traps, or that traps can contain unlimited ghosts?
Even if it isn’t a code, pretend it was and let me know what you think it could be for.
It looks like the fine print reads “100 Containment Unit”. The “100” I can’t guarentee, but the last two words are containment unit. I tried to sharpen the image in photoshop, but I couldn’t make it legible.
It could just be a collection of random numbers, remember, the actual Trap is pretty small in the game and if it doesn’t appear in a shot with the camera close to it, you’d probably never see the ‘code’.
When “Enter the Matrix” came out, they posted different cheat codes in all kinds of media related to the Matrix films. There was one on the inside back cover for the soundtrack to “The Matrix Reloaded.” I believe there was another one hidden somewhere in the “code” of one of the posters you could buy.
That is all I meant. I don’t think that it’s in the actual game, but that it was just a fun marketing gimmick.
