Here is a pic of the hanger i made to hang my pack on
I mounted mine on the wall also. You have to make sure you screw your hook into a stud, and be sure you use a hook that is rated to support the weight of your pack.
Cheap guitar stand till I make a custom one.

I modified my guitar stand a bit to make it look more industrial/purpose-built. Some caution stripes on the legs, and a hand cut aluminum plate riveted on the top with some nuclear warning stickers.

I don’t know WHAT you guys are doing!! Hooks and guitar stands?!! No no no…
I hired a midget and taught him to walk backwards without falling. He wears my pack 24 hours a day and has standing orders to follow me, staying between 2-10 feet from me, so that I can view my pack anytime, anywhere. The added benefit to this is that he also fits in a children’s slimer costume so that when I feel like bustin’ I dress him up and chase him around the house!
As far as I’m concerned this is the only way to really appreciate a proton pack.
