My fiancé got me the Matty Collectors Neutrino Wand for an anniversary gift. However, it arrived defective, the barrel did not extend. Matty was very quick to reply and in a few days sent us a return label (fedex) to ship back. It was back in their possession in about two days.
A new one has been shipped to me 10/15 but has been in NJ since 10/20 with no updates. My fiancé said that it was “really slow” getting to her when she ordered the first one in August.
Anyone else experiencing slow shipping with Matty Collectors?
Yeh, true. There is slow and there is slooooooooooow. Naturally, I’m hopeful I’m receive a properly working Neutrino wand this time but the fact that it doesn’t to seem to have moved from NJ since last week is a little unsettling.
Yeah, it’s pretty slow. I contacted Matty with this question a few weeks ago with an unsuccessful answer. My original question being, “Upon placing an order online, how long does it take to get to a customer logistically?” To the response of, “Which time of the year are you ordering?”
I’ve never heard of this company before. Funny how They sent me FEDEX label to send back but send me my item through an unknown shipping company back. 5-10 business days I assume.
It’s a shame they use a third party company to ship their stuff. It’s even more of a bummer that when having a new wand sent to me there was no option for faster shipping.
Mattel already takes a hit on the Ghostbusters line (so they say). I guess that they are trying to cut corners where they can at the cost of the consumer. Sad part is, it’s kind of a cornered market in the mass production aspect. They can do whatever they want…until the consumer finds this site ^^
