Will the next gen kit have the correct sound? I remember seeing videos of one of your kits and it had a great chirping noise, but it wasn’t quite matched with what we hear in the film.

Would the nex gen have the option of modification to be a game pke?
I can look into putting the more accurate sound on the board. Of course this would bring the price up some, and I was trying to get it down more. 
Maybe it could be an option.
I can also look into the making the mainboard take the different displays for the movie and game versions. I know the game version has the moving bargraphs, and that is a bit tricky to make inexpensively. Plus if you wanted RGB LEDs so the bargraphs changed colors we are in a whole different league!
IMHO the best thing to do is to just work on improving the pke kit itself. I have yet to install a light kit into my pke shells. I would also like to get this done. I’m not concerned with sound as I am function…and price. Jim, if you can give your pricing some serious thought and improve the reliability and fuctionality of your stuff, I will become a customer.
I will be posting new lower prices for the PKE. Some of the parts I use have gone down in price - plus I can leverage buying more PCBs, which I will do since I plan on making batches of these. So stay tuned for that.
In regards to functionality and reliability, feel free to give me feedback. I really havent heard about reliability issues. Email me your concerns. I will fix anything and everything I can, but if I dont know about it then its hard to rectify. Feel free to ask my existing customers, I do take care of them. I design my kits to be robust, but with installing electronics I cannot control everything done by the end user. I will stand by my product. Hearsay and speculation sometimes seem to jade people w/o seeing the product firsthand. I know how that goes internet wise, if you have questions fire away.
I can vouch for this. Jim has helped me a few times when I started to panic cause my light kit wasnt working. But he was only able to do so much cause he cant fix stupid ( aka USER ERROR :oops: )
Never thought about the color change. I was just focused on the bar graph. Thats the part I like; I wouldnt mind just one color.

There’s a movie pke meter in the works with lights and all,it will run you around three hundred that’s lights servos it’ll be already to go for around three hundred! That’s all I can say at this moment!
