Idea Help for a Ghostbusters themed bar

Hey all,

As you all might know, I have a small mancave collection project I’ve been working on. Link is in my signature.

I am currently building a bar/theatre concessionary for this space and want to them it towards Ghostbusters. I’ve thought of a firehouse effect or even the wood work design of Venkmans office. I want to do something epic that “ties the room” together as The Dude would say.

What ideas or feedback would you provide me?

As cool as an ECTOish spin on that fire truck would be, it would break my heart to lose it when or if I were to sell my home.

The first thing that comes to mind is, hide a chute for empty bottles in a containment unit.

Paint the top of bar stools to look like cyclotrons? PKE Meter Bottle opener?

Ooh those are good ideas. I think the stools is a must and the most doable.

Definitely have a pole that you can slide down, which can also be used interchangeably as a stripper pole for spooky-clad dancers.

I don’t know if you’re a fan of Red Dwarf but in their new series they sit on a couch that looks like the trunk of a 50s car with the tail lights and fins and stuff you could do the same with Ecto. Its on this page :
