Finally decided to pull the trigger on a complete screen accurate uniform. The first package arrived only a day ago and I must have looked like a 5 year old on Christmas morning as I tore into the corrugated box. The Mt 500 radio and holster were exactly what I had anticipated. Unfortunately, a closer second inspection revealed a missing knob from the top of the two-way. Luckily, I was able to locate a spare knob to the 36 year old hand held, but it took lots of digging. Moral of the story…check with your sellers before you commit to purchase and make sure that items are complete with no missing or damaged parts. The build continues with caution.
Why is this here? Wrong section and pointless post.

It’s here because it is a “general” topic and I’m trying to help others to keep from getting ripped off.

Pointless is a little harsh. The guy makes a good point; make sure you know exactly what you are buying.
