It has been a while since we have posted on here, except for Borzou’s participation on the boards. Well since there are very few of us left here at the Indiana Ghostbusters, we have not been doing a whole lot. 2 of us IGB’s have been working on a fan film/webisode which we hope to have out this summer. Life seems to have taken a lot of us away from the team which happens and is not a terrible thing, just means most of the group is moving on to better things and doesn’t have much time for busting.
Andrew - family and kids (cograts!)
Borzou - his career (good luck buddy)
Dustin - his career
Jake - MIA
Jon - Still keeping the team alive
Kramer - Still keeping the team alive
Ross- Military duties as well as family and kids. (Congrats and Thanks for your military service)
Tommy - A lot of School (Good Luck)
We are proud of our compartriots that have been with us and who have moved on, obviously they will always be a part of the team and are welcome to bust if they should ever wish to do so, without all of you guys the Indiana Ghostbusters would have never made it past Star Wars Celebration 3 in 2005. If there are any in the Indianapolis are that are looking for a team, hit us up on our facebook page, the website has been taken down since it is not very cost effect to have right now. The only thing in the future as far as events go is the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk in April. We were contacted by the foundation to be part of attraction along the walk route and various conventions Kramer and I might be attending the Cinnci Horror Hound, Indy Days Of The Dead, Gencon, Indy Horror Hound.
Anything we can do to help. Let me know. Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. this is the first time I have been on GbFans in quite some time. And now I am working diligently on getting a Haunted House set up and ready to open.
Actually Jon, contrary to popular belief, I am very much active on the internet and in Indiana.
Anyways, don’t hesitate to ask any questions, but I advise two things:
1. A lot of research
Most of the questions you want to ask have probably been answered. Don’t hesitate to use the search feature, scour the message boards, and examine the various prop plans on the boards. There are countless screenshots and reference photos, too.
2. know the perils of trial and error
Sometimes research and the search function get you so far. Hands on experience will give you more information that you realize. Just accept the fact that if you’re building the pack for the first time or if this is your first time fabricating a prop, you will probably mess up some things.
Hey Borzou Glad you are still alive. Haven’t heard from you in a while. What have you been up to. I hope you come bust with us out at the Hannah Mansion on Madison ave this year. The Asylum House moved there and we open September 27.
