Am I the only one that thinks that the fact customers who ordered their haslab proton packs from 3rd party companies and are already receiving them a bit of a p**s take? Surely early backers direct to hasbro would get priority?
Or am I just misunderstanding? Perhaps I shouldn’t have took the risk, bitten the bullet and backed the project. I should have just hung back, took it easy and ordered one from Zavvi. I would have had it for Christmas!
Anyway, just my thoughts. Rant over…

There’s already several dedicated threads about the Hasbro pack, but as far as I understand it’s because the manufacturer shipped the packs to Zavvi but Hasbro hasn’t received their packs yet. It wouldn’t have made much sense for the manufacturer to ship all the packs from China to the USA, and then have Hasbro spend more money shipping them to Europe so Zavvi can distribute them there.
I guess Hasbro could have asked Zavvi Europe not to ship them out yet, but warehousing them for weeks/months is an expensive thing to ask them to do. Better some fans get them for Xmas than nobody, I suppose.
Guessing there’s been no word from Hasbro yet because they’re still waiting for the containers to arrive in the USA.
Haven’t heard anything from Zavvi Australia yet either, so we’re probably also waiting for the shipments. At this time of year there’s usually big delays anyway.
TLDR: It’s nothing personal, it’s not Hasbro’s fault, this is just how bad international shipping is right now.
