does anybody know if you could bye a darker flight suit and strip the colour out of it somehow,then just dye it to desired effect??

you can by rit color stripper and go from there…but…i’d just go buy what you need. after all the time and money spent, you could just go buy a new one.

so far everything I tried for coloration / decoloration was not worthed. I’ve spent more in dyes and removers then a new flight suit before deciding to get a new one.

Unless you have a 100% cotton suit, I’d suggest to get what you want, and alter your colour only if you are very picky on screen accuracy and changing only the colour a bit.

Yeah its possible…

But not with stuff that is readily available. With specialist chemical dye’s and strippers then anything is possible (within reason)

But your better off buying one the right colour and using Rit dye.
