So this weekend at a con I bought back part of my childhood, a Kenner Ecto 1. Guy wanted $20 which I though sounded reasonable…and after checking eBay today seems even more reasonable for the condition it’s in. It’s a little dirty and has some scuffing, but I think I can get that off. All the decals are in great shape with the exception of the back license plate, but I think if I’m careful, I can salvage that too. The only major thing that seems to be missing is the chair on top. I checked eBay, but it doesn’t look like anyone has just the chair for sale right now. If anyone knows where I can get one fairly inexpensively I’d love to fully restore the it. It also doesn’t have the ghost that originally came with it, but I feel I can live without that.
If I get it cleaned up I may post photos. Thanks for indulging me.
