KS Lightbar laws

Just curious if anyone has any info on lightbar laws for the state of KS. I already checked out the police posers site and it says:

Red: Can be used by any authorized emergency vehicle or authorized private vehicle.

Blue: Can be used by any authorized emergency vehicle or private vehicle with permit.

Green:

Amber/Yellow: Can be used by anyone.

Clear/White: Can be used by any authorized emergency vehicle or authorized private vehicle.

Sirens:

Special Rules: All lights have to be seen from 360 degrees, this applies to all vehicles using lights.

What permit do I need to run blue lightbars? And who do I talk to to get it?

Any help is appreciated.

Blue is the only color authorized for personal rapin’ lights.

I know laws are different state to state but when you read “or authorized private vehicle”, that means off duty police officers or (volunteer) firefighters. You will not be able to obtain a permit for red or blue.

put on blues cover them and only run them when parked at a show, etc.
