Anyone going?

Probably not, I fear. My new job’s been leaving me feel incredibly tired and has been eating away at the time I need to do my college coursework. :frowning:

My going would’ve been a guarentee if the rumor that Dan and Harold being there had been true, but it’s different with Ernie, the guy is fantastic and I’d love to meet him again, but other things have to take priority.

I’m very tempted to go, just to meet Ernie, also heard rumours of a couple of others being there..

I have to convince my other half to go. Flying fri to stansted, renting a car to drive to cardiff for Heineken Cup final on Saturday and returning to Stansted Sunday for flight at 5.15pm. If we could get back to london early sunday i’d like to call in to the Expo…

Would I be better suited to drive from cardiff to expo straight and then airport or would it be safer to use public transport by dropping car back at airport and then heading in from there to Expo..

Is there a congestion charge in london and would that affect me?

Could anyone tell me if I was to drop car at airport first, what tubes/trains would I need to get to the venue for the Expo.. and obviously back again to Stansted hassle free??

Well I got to the Expo on way back from cardiff “Munster Munster!!”…

Timed it well, Ernie just arrived when I was at the ghostbusters game stand… really nice guy and jasus looks young… Got a snap with him before I left and also got him to sign my ghostbusters dvd boxset… very friendly and chatted for a few mins…

we got a gb goodie bag with a game poster which is pretty cool.. I’ll take a pic and post it when I get a chance..also got a t-shirt unfortunately not the one Ernie was wearing but one to promote a different Sierra game Bourne Bla bla.. pity Ernie’s t-shirt was cool..

All together brilliant weekend in the Uk - munster champs of europe and I meet a ghostbuster!!

Whilst I’m glad I didn’t miss anything that I hadn’t already seen/gotten, I wish I’d been able to get a shot of me standing beside him instead of the having a picture with him having to lean over a table that I got taken with him at Collectormania. :sigh:

murphman, glad to see you had a good time. :-). Was there a video preview playing at the stand? Was it the same footage we saw at Play.com Live?

The video preview was running on one single tv in the middle of the stand… same footage as already run on the web etc… Sierra had games stations setup to play the new Bourne game alright, I got a bit excited when I saw this - thought it was the gb game - unfortunately not…
