Hi All,
I have followed the GBfans.com community for several years now and becoming a ghostbuster has been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid and had a complete set of all the kenner toys. Currently I have a GB1 and GB2 style uniforms with correct patches/belts/etc, motorola p50 radio, boots, lifegard II, matty wand, various pack parts like the bellows, ion arm, stickers, etc. (the GBfans.com store has got a lot of my business lol). As for the shell a friend has said he will give me one he bought a while back but never got around to making. I anticiapte being able to have it done in the next couple weeks thanks to all the helpful resources on the forums.
I am really looking forward to being a part of this community. Since I live in Charlotte, would this put me in the Carolina Ghostbusters? Do I apply directly to gbfans.com or are applications handled on a local level? I know this is probably an easy answer but had to go an confuse myself.
A little more about my cosplaying family and myself:
- I started costuming about 7 years ago when I made a clone trooper costume and joined the 501st. I later sold that suit to pay for college tuition.
