It’s driving me nuts on how to measure it to size…do you guys just print a big sheet and just trace it? Or do you draw the pattern based on the measurements provided. Hopefully I don’t have to do it free-hand.
One set of instructions say to draw from the right side of the board to the center, etc.
Plus my cyclotron is going to be probably 10" as opposed to the appx. 11.5 inches on the movie accurate picture?

Protip. Don’t make multiple threads for the same portion of the Proton Pack. One thread is enough. Also, the Search Function is your best friend.

Hi Tony, I just sort of guessed on my spacer, I used Norms idea of using an embroidery ring, that was chopped a little to make it 10" (the side plates max it out to about 11" in the end) the top portion was a bit of guess work really. Here’s my 95% finished pack
