Has anyone seen the prototype or has any information on this item?
At this time I wouldn’t hold my breath or expect any deadlines or estimations to be met, simply sit back and patiently wait for the outcome…
MR is now a two person company, that has recently lost their manufacturing facility, can’t say the future looks too bright for them right now at least IMO…
Tom said that there would be some updates/info on the progress sometime after the Holidays…and I do beleive he mentioned something about pics too! 
so… basically they’re in the same state as most of us? heh
wonder if they’ll be powered by Exo’s gear. lol
that would be sad and funny at the same time… not to mention a MAJOR payday for good ol’ Exoray =)

I’m not against working with them if contacted, but it would have to be them contacting me as I don’t have any plans to contact them at this time…
i tell you what, if those guys arent on this site, sussing out the very best way to build a pack. They are wasting their time.

Exo’s new pack and lighting kit would make a great combo.. I’m guessing that based on the costs, that would put a pack with gun set at about $1200-$1500 or so.

Odds are if someone were to order 800-1000 kight kits at once, they’d be able to work out some sort of bulk deal, since I’d imagine the price on PCBs would go down a fair margin if ordering that kind of quantity.
Just a hunch though. 
They would never bother using Exoray or anyone else’s lights.
They would just have them made in bulk at a factory in China.. for cheap. (but would have no adjustability).
I’d go a step further and say that if you purchase a pack from MR, you WILL be infected with the bird flu.

Yep, once you get to larger orders like that volume, usually in becomes cost effective to have them mass produced and assembled, there are already “toy” platform electronics that could be used as a basis that are already mostly designed…
Or, they could go to every dollar store, and buy up all their Christmas lights! lol
