Mattel Ghost Trap

@stanzistheman

I thought you can’t sell an item if you don’t have it in hand or if you are using someone else pictures for an item, you can get in trouble? Those sellers are selling something they don;t have in their hands. I know it says pre order, but I thought they couldn’t do this. Plus they are using someone else images for pictures and I thought that was illegal?

I’ve reported them multiple times under eBay ToS but the auctions are never taken down.

Probably because I’m the only one making a complaint.

Give it a shot, report them.

I have been doing the same but i guess ebay does not care about scalpers… :sigh:

[slimershomie]

How long does everyone estimate how long it will take for the traps to be delivered, in other words anyone think it will get here by halloween?

[kingpin]

You’d probably looking closer to the first few weeks of November for the Stateside fans I imagine.

[slimershomie]

Awwwww thats a bummer i was curious since i heard a few people that got there mystery pack in just a few days and when the pke came out i think i got mine in about a week i was hoping id have one to wear this year.

[RaspberrySpacedog]

Where are they being shipped from anyway? I hope to have it by the 28th for all the Halloween parties. :-/

[kingpin]

They’re made in China.

[kingpin]

Double checked, the PKE went on sale on December 1st, and people started receiving theirs around December 16th, so if that logic applies to the Ghost Trap, then we could be looking at just under three weeks* between the date of sale and date of dispatch… Although that is within earshot of Halloween, it’s best to plan around it not being there for to best avoid disappointment.

• This is only an estimate, it could be longer or shorter in reality.

[darth_venomous]

Yea, the PKE took a little while, but Matty did admit that when they went on sale, they wouldn’t be shipped immediately Something about waiting for them to hit the warehouse or something like that. I haven’t heard anything about a delay, yet, but I still wouldn’t plan on them arriving before Halloween. Though it would be awesome if they did..

[Shredder565]

And thus begins ten minutes before the red screen of death

Exactly. Even though I plan on buying at least one, I’m putting a fresh set of batteries in my previously built trap for Halloween hijinx.

Nothing like the PKE Experience.

Quick and easy. Didn’t have to look at the Matty Brat for very long.
