I’m from Australia and have ordered The Ecto Goggles from Mattycollector was wondering if anyone has had any problems shipping internationally and how long a wait I have. I have been waiting 31 business days and still haven’t received them. I sent an email and all I got was a generic email reply saying it takes 4-6 weeks (Which it has been 6 weeks). Mattycollector will not ship with a tracking number to international buyers which I’m worried about now cos there seems to be no way to track where it is.
Mattycollector customer service are absolutely terrible. I haven’t brought directly from their site for a long time. I live in the UK. I brought the original 12" egon from the site and had no problems. So the same year I ordered the pke meter. It was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas but I didn’t get it until the end of January. Also in January I was awaiting my first figure from the ecto1 club which I received. But then later in the year they took my money but never sent me a figure. I contacted the customer service but instead of sorting the problem they just said okay we’ll cancel your subscription. So I ended up with no exclusive figure and from then on I just got my stuff from ebay. I had to pay a bit more sometimes, especially for the trap but it was a lot more efficient. I think a lot of people have trouble with shipping from them. They won’t even ship the neutrona wand outside of America. I’m sure that your goggles will arrive it’s just a case of when. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
Yeah, I’ve heard a few bad things about the posting. I got the pke meter but I can’t remember how long it took to get to me. Bought the thrower from someone else on ebay and it arrived within 20 days. So don’t know what their deal is. Oh well hope the goggles come soon. Thanx for commenting at least I know im not the only one.
No problem. I know how frustrating it can be to wait for something from them. And then when you question them about it they just shrug their shoulders. I just thought it was because I lived in the UK but after looking into it, their service seems to be poor across the board, national and international
Update: So after 37 business days I contacted Matty Collector via email. and told them I still haven’t recieved my goggles. They told me acording to there info they have been delivered. When I tried getting more information about the delivery they told me they were still investigating my case. couple of hours later they sent an email containing an order for another set of goggles. haha here goes the wait again lol
They do take their precious time for shipping don´t they… i had to wait 27 days for mine to get from canada (that´s what the shipment stated) to NJ.
Shoot, mine came damaged… need to find some time to call them today and somehow get a replacement…
Just wondering hiw much un aus $ they were and if they’re any good?
The Mattycollector Ecto Goggles would be about AUD$120.
I can’t speak from my own experience as I don’t own a pair, they appear to be alright although some fans have felt that they could’ve/should’ve been a bit cheaper.

I’ve heard mixed reviews but most say there a must for any gb fan. I bought another pair off ebay which ill get next week so if I finally get the ones sent from mattel i’ll prob sell them. Tried to get my money back from them instead but they wouldn’t have it until they tried to send me a replacement.

Yeah, they are out there. Expensive but there out there. I’d love to get one too. Its the only prop from mattel I haven’t got
