Quick question. How hard or if at all possible. would it be to mod up a matty pke with gbtvg light bar graph ? Single or multi colored?
Has anyone had this idea? hopefully so but if not just sayin’ 
You’d be looking at substantial work, modifying the body of the meter, installing additional electronics for the graphs… then there’d be making room for the power supply for the electronics, changes that might very well neccesitate modification to the existing electronics.
Rather than modifying the Mattel PKE, it might be worth using one of the resin shells that pops up every so often.
Well. sounds like fun times. in retrospect ordering 2 or 3 extra would have been benificial . the wing servos and lights woulda been part of the battle
But as you said it might be something best done from scratch
