Visited two Home Depots with no luck. All the staff could find for me were these two pieces I could put together. 
Great news, these pieces worked! Probably will cut the pvc pipe in half but nice results. 
Lowes has a PVC fitting that fits the want perfectly and has a nipple on the other end which I wrapped my split loom around and secured with a black zip tie. Cost less than a buck and is 100% reversible.
