Although there’s room for improvement, we have a Ghostbusters figure line now. Why do we need to drag McFarlane into things?
Agreed - and this petition seems to pre-date Mattel with the reference “However a toy line based on the successful Ghostbusters films have never been made.”
And if it does pre-date Mattel then a lot of good this petition has done, if it does not pre-date Mattel - the licence has already been acquired by another company and the answers to a movie toy line are complete.
This petition is at least 9 years old as it mentions Kiss and Austin Powers figures (as today’s most popular) which were last produced together in 2000 and talks of Movie Maniacs as if it were new.

If ANYONE were to make GB toys – other than Mattel – NECA would be one of the better choices. That being said: I’m happy with where we stand.
Besides…if McFartlane made some GB figures, they’d most definitely have Spawn capes.
And then a medieval GB series, cyborg GB series, undead series…

Good call to Ghosthead. After reading some replies I went back and checked the original site I found the petition on and it is indeed outdated. 8 years to be exact. Oh well. So much for that.
