Frankly, I’m indifferent. I pretty much preordered to get the Slimer bust and keychain anyway. The MM’s were just and added bonus. Also that’s a pretty nice chunk that they knocked off considering a normal pack of MM’s runs about 8 bucks.
I’m a little upset to hear the news. Originally the MM weren’t on the top of my list - but as the images were released, I picked up my interest. It looks like the series does have potential, and since this was already ordered through the Slimer edition, I wouldn’t have to worry about “completing the collection” later. Oh well. I do agree that 20 bucks is a good price cut for only dropping the MM.
Well… I’m sorry to hear that. Althought I didnt order that I was looking forward to hearing and seeing people post pictures of those when they got it. Again, that sucks. Sorry to hear thats happened.
I didn’t pre-order the Slimer edition, but that really sucks that would happen. So much bad news is happening. First the game won’t come out in Europe then Gamestop isn’t giving the GBII suit, and know this. Sad. I feel sorry for those guys who can’t get the game in Europe. Well, at least we’re just 4 days away from the game.
We delivered 20 tons of resin to Amazon, I assure you the Slimer that Steve Johnson sculpted IS included with the gam.

I was pretty bumed that the min mates are not going to be included, when I checked my email from Amazon, thought I am going to be collecting a fair amount of Ghostbusters stuff on my own this summer so that makes up for it in a way.
Still it would have been nice to have some figures based on the video games ghosts, hopefully the mini mates will be offered at retail simalar to the movie based minimates.
PS: I just got my glow in the dark GB belt buckle yesterday, and Along my Hook & Ladder 8 tshirt and RGB action figures it is one of my favorite pieces of GB swag that I own.
Anybody get their Slimer Edition in the mail today? I’m still on the fence if the goodies are worth the extra $50.
However if the slimer bust is quality, I’m in.
I got mine.The slimer statue is incredible.It’s alot bigger than I expected and pretty hefty too.Very good quality.It’s worth the price of this whole set on it’s own IMO.
And is it a special amazon cover (the one with slimer) or is it the same cover than the classical edition?
Very glad to hear that. I’ve seen a couple promotional photos that weren’t so flattering, so I was a bit hesitant.

No fancy cover or box like it was pictured.The game is the same as all the others,the Ecto keychain is in it’s own box,the slimer statue is in a plain white box,and the skins are in plastic but they say Slimer Edition on them.Still really cool though.
Wait, what? Really? No actual special Slimer cover art? Lame.
I’m more and more at odds now as to whether or not I want it.
The actual slimer bust is well worth the price of this set. I wouldn’t worry about the box art cover.
