I will begin creating the proton pack and I need the plane of the motherboard real size to cut wood.

The motherboard dimensions will depend on what pack shell you’re using. Once you have a shell you can follow Vince’s technique: http://www.gbfans.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=24286

If you’re scratch building one, you can put the motherboard plan from stefans plans on a disc, and have it printed full size at staples.
