I’m looking at getting it laser cut, have to work out the details. It will likely be a two piece part that will be welded together.

I’m going to talk to him about it tomorrow, it will utilize the nozzle piece I already have made. We talked about making the gun from a laser cut flat piece with all the holes cut in it and then rolling it into the tube.

Here’s what I’ve come up with for the alternative to brass couplers, a resin cast set with 3 ballpins to allow you to disconnect the gun hoses. The set will have 3 of these for the gun and 5 of the other fittings to go on the pack.

Full set with hitch pins and washers $50. You can drill holes thru these to pass wires for light or sound kits.

Note: Due to the nature of casting these parts some minor filling may be needed.
