I didn’t know where else to post this. I bought the Venkman’s Uniform T-Shirt off this site, and it says it has glow in the dark spots. Well mine doesn’t glow. I just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem of if it was just me.
Did you charge it up in the light?
yeah. I tried regular light and a black light. don’t get me wrong, i still love the shirt and think it’s awesome. I just wanted to know if it was just my shirt or a typo
It’s not just yours.I have one too and the spots don’t glow.Still love the shirt though.
It is possible that these are not the glow in the dark type.
I will look into it. Does anyone know if there was a sticker on the package that said it was a glow in the dark style shirt?
Mainly going off of 80’s Tee’s… they should be glow in the dark shirts.

i don’t remember seeing one when i pulled the tags off, but that was two and a hald weeks ago. Sorry if this is turning out to be a hassle.
That’s weird. I have the Venkman logo shirt and mine most certainly DOES glow in the dark. I’ve seen it do so as recently as last week. Hmm… maybe they made versions of the shirt that don’t glow too.
There was no sticker on mine.The other 2 shirts had them and they glow.
Mine glows fine. Thing is somebody used bleach in the load before me and now I have little holes all over the back of it where it ate through the fabric 
I needed a smaller size anyways…
Target is selling a “fake” Venkman shirt that doesn’t glow in the dark. It just has green slime effect.
At least I know I’m not crazy or stupid now…at least as far as the shirt is involved. Mine must have got mixed up in the shipment or something.
Is there something on the back of the shirt? I was thinking about getting one. It would be really cool if there was a Proton Pack on the back, but I’m doubting it.

I just got one from target for seven bucks it glows just fine.And its not fake
Mine too, it even has the “glows in the dark” sticker on there. It’s not ‘fake’ it’s the same shirt.
got mine about 3 weekes ago and it still glows. i scared the shit out my dogs the other night in the dark with it
I bought 2 for me at target, and one for my wife, and all 3 glow fine.
Weird. I saw one in Target and it had the glow sticker on it; but didn’t glow. It was just a green painted on effect.
Anyone recall the thread where someone posted a toon image of the proton pack to make an iron on for the back of the shirt? I forgot to save the image.
I’ve been trying to figure out if there are two different versions. I’ve seen some, like the ones being sold here where the slime looks different:
and some where it looks green:
Maybe the “fake” one being sold at Target is different. Also it seems like the pockets on the 2nd shirt are a lot higher up then on the first one. I want the shirt but I don’t really care for the green slime so I was hoping that there were two different versions. But maybe the pic on the site here was just a prototype or something and it’s not the real pic of the shirt.
