Does anyone know the name of the font used for the GB 1 name tapes and where I could possibly get it please?

Thanks for the reply. I was interested as I wanted to use the font on my computer so if anyone can help I’d be grateful.
The font I know is a specific embroiderer machine font. I’ll check if it exists as a TTF.

I was just wondering, does everyone use the actual embroidered nametags? Cause I just used iron-on labels and it looks really good on my team’s uniforms.
I do use my own name, in my embroidered nametag.

The patches I make is based on a special embroidered font (that can vary its name, accord to embroiderer’s manufacturer). To me, it is named as BLOCK III. This is not a True Type Font, but an embroiderer machine’s font.
There is a BLOCK True Type Font out there, but it is not the same design.
The font I use itself isn’t movie accurate. I have to change many details to the original font (as make it thinner, taller, sometimes I make letter’s space smaller, etc…). Everything depends of the choosen name.
The most important details is the love to the job. Without it, you have no way to own a good “eye” and make it as accurate as possible. This “eye” I use is the secret of my patches. 8) And the “eye” is working VERY well… All my customers are sending me their feedbacks (as some could be found here, in this forum - at another topic) and they are 100% satisfied!

I have to say it’s pretty weird seeing some Brazilians and hearing Portuguese quoting lines from the movie and HOLY CRAP i’m watching Regis and Kelly on TV, they’re Halloween special, and they’re doing the really good costumes thing and there are four guys as Ghostbusters!!! SWEET!!! I wonder if this clip will be saved online!!! Oh man, this is SO weird, i’m online talking about ghostbusters, and I SEE some GB rplica people on the frigin TV…GB’s are everywhere!! WOOOO So yeah, rock on Vini, muito, muito bom!!!
