im a toatal noob can any one help with getting a pack started 
The first step is to work out what type of Proton Pack you want (first or second movie?) and to then decide if you want a generalised one, or to replicate a specific Pack worn by a specific actor… the step after than is to start acquiring parts and saving up.
There might be some guys in your local area who may be able to help… but it isn’t always guaranteed.
You’ll also want to determine a budget for the project, the pack you make/ get will be greatly determined by how much you can afford to spend. Set a realistic budget and work within it. Pack costs can vary greatly from hundreds to thousands depending on what you go with.
Before you purchase anything I suggest checking out the seller feedback and blacklisted seller threads. This will save you a lot of time and money.
I’d also suggest introducing yourself and where you are from, that way you may find someone near you that can lend a hand. Good luck with your build!
