I was at Wal-Mart after work tonight and I was checking out the toys and they have “big” buckets of greens slime and smaller canisters of different colored slime (one was purple 
) and also they had a slime blower it looked a lot like the gun off the GB’s blower but in the front there was an extra round can looking thing that you put the slime into and a hand pump type rod on the back. I know its not accurate and is to small but it looks about right and according to the box it can shoot slime about 25 feet so a quick repaint and some cosmetic hoses to a back tank and you’ll have a working slime blower :D. I just thought I would pass on the news to all you slime blower fans out there :D.
Wow…I just saw some pictures of these things. Looks like it was definetly designed with some inspiration from the slime blower. Looks like it could easily be dressed up and painted a little bit and there ya go! :lol:

lol yeah i forgot to post something about those. i work at WM overnight and when those were being put out a friend of mine brought one over and said “hey you could use this for your ghostbusters slime thing” they also have little slime tubes, a canister full of slime and a slime filled ball to go with it (each sold seperately of course, lol)
I was eyeballin one at work the other night, i too work overnight at WM, and got to thinkin. It is just the right size for the slime blower part of the Game’s thrower on the pack
I’m not so fond of the slime pack, BUT this could change my mind…
If that does shoot slime, any way that it could be integrated into the “real” slime blowers so we could have replicas that actually work?
There is a GB2 fan video in the fan video section and a few people that use silly string. I wonder what the texture of the slime is or what it’s like. I imagine you’d have to have the bottom slime holding reservoir on there so if you’re going for accuracy/streamline it might not be the route to go butt definetly it’d be great to have a working slime gun regardless! 
Especially one that can pretty much look like the movie one with a few alterations.

Looking at Toys R Us.com, looks like about $20…
they are really small. Only about 1’ or 1.5’ long
Depending on the total size, you might be able to use one as the innards…but then there’s the trigger mechanism to finagle. I’m sure somebody would be able to figure it out.
The more I think about it, I’d hate to get hosed with one of those things like in the movie. That stuff really does hose you :shock: and likely wouldn’t leave someone feeling like a million bucks
I wonder if the silly string would be more crowd friendly or I dunno, its one of those things thats awesome to be able to say you did it, unless you have plans to slime any large monuments. :whatever:

Wow, thanks! I’m working on a LOW budget Ghostbuster movie and I need a slime blower for the plot. If I can find one of these cheap it would do wonders! I hope to start filming in 3-4 weeks and, unlike most Ghostbuster movies, I’m hoping to finish the filming within 2 months or so.
Not too fond of the price, but I bet if I took one apart, I could probably figure an easy way to put the reservoir somewhere in the pack and fix the body of the blower to look right… maybe :whatever:
I got one!!! I’m repainting it tonight and adding a shoulder strap to it for when the game comes out, which is tomorrow. It’ll be fun.

. I’m just starting to pick up pieces for my slime blower i have a few ideas for moding this I’ plan to start my build in the next 2 weeks or so. If my plan is solid I’ll set up a little tutorial.

It was a big hit at the GameStop I went to pick up the game yesterday, especially considering that I was the only one in the uniform. They actually had me slime their windows!
I need to work on the slime-to-water ratio. It was too runny for my tastes.
I wonder what it feels like to be hit with it…
