Brackets set and Riveted. PAIN IN THE ASS BTW. Getting 4 to line up just right. I went 3/8 from end. Taped in place and dry fitted after my initial screw up. See below…

Looks good man, I’d replace what you’re using for the gun wire loom though. The seamless stuff AJ has in the shop is great.

Using t-stat wire for red and white

Total 20 wires. ALL NOT NEEDED. But, they’re there when I need them in future
that last one blows my mind, I fail when it comes to electronics.
I’d actually suggest finding accurate 3/4" loom with the split. My current pack has splitless loom, and the lack of a split made mounting the hose to the gun a lot more difficult.
I actually found it easier to put the loom about 6" into the handle and not use any sort of mounting system, after doing that i didnt have any issues of the loom getting twisted or anything. I find the split to look terrible, and makes a horrible crunching noise from time to time.
Its actually got perfect movement. No crunch no twist. Just pull off and hang up. After hearing this I def wont be changing the loom. Its rubberized so it moves freely

Hey man, the N filter turned out decent, but looks a little undersized, I’m about to mold the one I made to fit my shell, if you want one, let me know.
It does look like the pond hose that I’m using on my pack. It’s great for movements but running wires through is a pain because of the rubber. The wires get stuck very often because the wire rubber touches the hose rubber on too many spots.
But if it’s through it works great again!
You tape the end and feed with a fish tape. Its rubber electrical hose. Its made to do what were doing on the packs. Loom is used on cars cause its not moving.
