now this isnt’ really ‘real ghostbusters’ toys but the orginal cartoon (based on a live action show staring bob burns monster kid/collector as the ape) toys http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbC61FvyEU8&feature=related i looked up this toyline and i think theyre pretty cool. prime evil was always bad ass to me. but ey this cartoon and the real ghosters were mixed well in my childhood. i often role play the fimation ghostbusters as either jake or the ape when i was a kid. to those who actually watched this show and liked it and those who actually own the toys–what are your thoughts of them?
I had the Prime Evil figure, and the tubby safari suit dude. I dont remember knowing they were the different ghostbusters show, If I went home, and actually looked real hard around my parents place id prolly find them.
the show, i only remember the skeleton closet, and the phone?i couldnt tell you the plot of any of the eps from memory,
i would say the figures were bought for me, by someone that didnt know the difference between the shows, not that it matted, i loved playing with them as i was young,
I have the toys, they’re all awesome, very consistent with the show! Ghost_fox, do you know about the FGB forum? There’s a lot of us on there, easier to find a lot of FGB fans in one place. In case ya might not have known about it 
I decided to move this to off topic, as it doesn’t really have anything to do with The Real Ghostbusters.
I always wished the The Real Ghostbusters firehouse would have been as neat and detailed as the filmation. Even the Police Academy Station I thought was better than the firehouse.

Dude those toys were sick too bad I never had any of them! Anyway I forgot how bad ass that show was until I recently started watching it! I totally found the FGB forum yesterday by accident and it was a good find! I wish more people from here would join up but I did recongize some people from these boards over there!
