Well I dont know if anyone has made this connection yet or if somebody has already brought this up, but
I was watching GB2 today and at the part when Peter and Dana are talking in her apparment Dana mentions how Oscars father left to go play at the London symphany orchestra. Could this be the same guy we are randomly shown in GB when Peter goes to meet Dana outside of her practice session? Thoughts? Comments?
It very well could be. I reckon we’ll never know.

I believe he was reffered to as “Mr. Nose Spray” by Sigourney on that ep…And yes I believe she also alluded to that…
Actually, Sigourney called him that on an episode of Arsenio Hall. Annie Potts and, I think, Harold Ramis appeared at seperate times in 1989; considering Arsenio had his own Ghostbusters connections, it seemed appropriate that they promote GB2 on his show. 
While it’s never been confirmed, officially, in-story, as others have said, it’s the most popular assumption as to Oscar’s paternity. According to the Richard Mueller novelization of GB1, the Stiff/Violinist/“Mister Nose Spray” is named Andre Wallance, suggesting that Oscar Wallance is Dana’s son’s birth name.
