I know somebody somewhere out there actually believed that was true and lost their minds over it.
I’m not saying it wasn’t but Trump’s detractors complained about his actions. If Trump started making jokes about offending his detractors is that a good idea?
I know. Spare a thought for the BTTF community being roped into Feig’s April Fools joke. ![]()
Alpha since that makes no sense I’m going to feign ignorance on what you just said:
I did. It was the best analogy I could make.
Your loss, our gain. 8)
Aw come on, the joke is not super transparent , but reflecting at Feigs political stance, the connection should become crystal clear. ![]()

There’s no need to, seeing as Feig wasn’t being serious.

I’m content with the original. You should understand that feeling.
It has the perfect balance of humor and suspense. Whereas the sequels are just too goofy and over the top, inconsistent tone, and the plotting quite confused and sloppy.

I know he wasn’t but I’m sure the BTTF fans sat up suddenly and then breathed a sigh of relief. ![]()

BTTF Part 2 is many things but sloppy plotting is definitely not one of them.

Yeah. At that pesky, nasty glass ceiling he so famously wants to break!
You finally get why it was so ironic to me you used that picture in this situation?

Nope. You’re not making any sense and my original image posted still stands.

I now understand why you did not get he was joking on April fools:
Your funnybone is hardwired to Feig(n) Ignorence!
You hardwired your funnybone to Feig(n) Ignorence!
::Comedic groan:: :-x

I think that kind of summarizes this whole thread.

I get he was joking, I just don’t think you get my attached image.

Ouch, that gets a dislike from me.

If you’re following the Paul Feig idea of jokes I can see why I thought the above joke was cringeworthy.

Ehh if you still think that after all this, we might have hit a wall instead of the ceiling. ![]()

Yeah I’ll agree with you there Alpha.
