2x mini spst toggle switch, red led, green led, and a round top red light (All I got at radio shack). The 1" flex conduit came from a electrician buddy.
I made the labels as well.
I do not claim this to be screen accurate, but it was on a budget and was using the Adam Savage videos to get as close as I could manage to find.
