so just looking around local ads where I live and came across a proton pack. I picked it up for $450
Looks like a good find!
At that price & quality, one might wonder if it’s stolen. The shell & mobo alone cost around $350-400. What part of the country did you buy it from? Does it have aluminum parts, or mostly resin?
If not stolen that’s a hell of a deal as it is one good looking pack! Some one took the time to put some nice details and parts into it.
Slap a GB1 ribbon cable like the one Ejgunth87 sells and that pack will look pretty trick.
It looks like you stole it for that price! Very nice!
I’ll give you $451 for it.
$450!??? Yea that’s a steal! People pay insane amounts of money on ebay for ones made of thin plastic and inaccurate parts. Realistically I’d say that pack is worth at least $700-$900 but some people would probably pay a lot more for it.
Congrats.
ummm that is an insanely good deal.
Awesome find and purchase.
I live in Canada. he said he had it for 2 years and his wife was making him sell it due to buying a house. its mostly resin parts and with the dollar right now it comes out to $350 USD tried to see me the matty pke and goggles for $100 cdn about 78 usd. I didn’t have it but I might give me a call after payday to see if he will still sell for 100
So what’s his number and / or email so I can snag the PKE and goggles?!
Dogger was this one listed in London?
$100 for goggles and pke??? Where in Canada is this guy? I grab those in a second!
If I tell you I won’t be able to pick them up when I get paid lol
I guess the saying is true…some guys have all the luck.
Nice score!
Dang good deal!
Well his wife obviously wears the pants… Score for you!
Dude…this is like a dream for most of us to find deals like this. You seriously better grab up the Matty equipment soon. You’ll never find them for that price again. Great finds!
When you get your hands on this thing brother - we need some pics to have a look and ogle inappropriately. I promise I’ll repay the favour
I talked to that guy too. He said his friend built it for him. I saw the ad was gone I was hoping it would pop up on here!, good purchase!
