Anyone interested in a white version of this? I have some really nice white ABS that pulls awesomely. I’ll post some pics if anyone is interested. It also paints well with plastic fusion paint.

Are these shells “rough cut” or do they require clean up and trimming? Basically, if I place the pieces on a table, will they sit flat?

As they are, they’ll sit flat, but they need to be trimmed about 3/4 of an inch up all the way around. The bumper will need to be trimmed, as well as the ion arm.

Also right now they will all be done in white ABS. It actually pulls a little nicer, but it needs to be painted. I suggest the plastic fusion paint you can get for lawn furniture from home depot/lowes.

How much would one full shell set and one extra bumper shipped to the uk be please?

I was just out in the shop working on these when the coupler bushing that joins the motor to the vacuum pump tore in half. I have ordered a new one but it may be a week or two before I can get back to work on these.

Got the new coupler in and installed last night. I was able to make up 2 sets of parts in white abs.

Im actually building 2 packs, 1 for myself and 1 for my son. So want to keep the weight down as much as possible, while trying to keep it as accurate as i can.
