Has anyone ever noticed that Ray’s shock mount was bent upward rather sharply at the beginning of the Sedgewick Scene? I was recently watching the movie when I noticed the anomaly as the guys were getting into the elevator. I’m pretty sure its Ray’s, at the time I was just shocked to see such a thing. I just thought I’d share if no one had before. Check it out.
Beautiful, there’s a perfect screen grab of iot in the reference section. Check out the screen shots of the proton pack and you’ll see the back of Ray and Egon and Peter to the right. Ray’s shock mount is really bent.
I think it’s due to the foam stunt packs. Like when Venkman got slimed and is laying on his foam pack.
I can’t say exactly how it happened.. but he probably brushed up against a wall or something.
Those Bellows are able to move like that.. but I don’t know how it was able to with the bolt running through it.
That slimed scene is funnier every time I see it. The awful pack squishing around. It would have been hard for him to be on his back with the ion arm I guess 
Wonder how many beers he needed before he filmed that scene.

Has anyone noticed you probably have, But the scene in the movie were there all getting into the lift at the sedgewick on Rays pack the shock mount is bent. ive never noticed it before i suppose its since i own a pack you tend to look att them more when you watch the movie…

Yeah I noticed that the last couple of times I watched it, and you’re right, building a pack makes you notice smaller details and flaws. For it to bend the way it had makes me wonder what it is made of
it looks like the whole bumber might have moved a bit
As AJ said, these metal bellows were designed to bend and flex like that, it’s not a stunt pack. The bolt didn’t go all the way through the ion knob on the GB1 packs, the resin casts in GB2 did have a bolt all the way through though.
