Interioir details are complete, screw/rivet holes added, gonna refine the curves on the other side and this should be finished
Perhaps the most difficult part of this project, getting the curves on the outside right - now it’s time to join the outside and inside together

Hey man sorry to hear about your setback! Has there been any updates on this? I just picked up an old fire trucks force 4, and wanted to hear how this all worked out.
This is some of the coolest modeling work I have seen someone do.
Gotta be honest, unexpectedly switching jobs caused me to put this on the backburner as I lost access to some of the equipment I’d been using to model the lightbars. I’m hoping to pick this project back up, it’s just been a hectic time.
I just got a Force 4 XL light bar with the center having a light as well. To separate the three sections, there is a flat aluminum plate between each section. Let me know if you would like the dimensions.
PS, my bar is entirely red as it was from an old ambulance.
