Anybody have an idea what the sales figures for all the platforms are? Apparently I google and I don’t get along because I couldn’t find anything. I’m sure if there are strong sales of the game and the rerelease are strong sellers then that would help the cause for a 3rd installment, wouldn’t you agree?

That topic only discussed sales ranks for the game on each platform based on data from Amazon. In other words, there is no hard data yet released to the public. However…:
I would have to say wait until NPD data is released for the month of June sometime around July 16th. It will cover sales data from May 31 to July 4, which represents roughly 3 weeks of sales for Ghostbusters.

It will be interesting to see how Ghostbusters performs along side Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (PS2, PS3, 360, Wii) video game. It was released on June 23 and will have 12-days (about 2 weeks) represented on Junes NPD data. Considering the movie is breaking all kinds of box office records, the game should be doing quite well too.

for anyone reading this thread a word of advice don’t waist your money on terminator salvation or transformers 2 those games are broaring and poor, i wouldn’t recommend renting them either unless you feel the need to experiment with them at best.
