Itās not even in actual effect, itās still got a ways to go before anything is in effect and itās already got multiple litigation against it so even if someone didnāt agree with it for some reason thereās a slim chance it will ever go into full effect as it stands anyway. So whatās the problem?
The problem is they way they got it passed and signed into law. Chicago thug tactics. When the majority of America doesnt want something why would they push it through. And since I am in a union this does not affect me at least for 5 years due to back room deals. The only good thing this bill brings is less democrats in office next year.

NH venkman, I agree that what the bill forces us to do, and how the votes were bought/bribed, it makes me sad to be an American. The best case scenario at this point is that itās tied up in the legal system, or the Republicans/ tea party candidates can take back a majority, and repeal it, and have enough votes to over ride Obamaās veto.
Did you see that the IRS will need 16,000 new agents to make sure everyone gets insured? If this plan is so great, why do they need an army to enforce it? Everyone should want to jump on board.

Having lived in a government-operated health care system, and growing up in a family of 6 who had no working ability to pay for healthcareā¦ 2 of my sisters would be dead if it not for the NHS, I would be dead if it not be for the NHS.
Are there ALWAYS those who āwork the systemā.. yes. But can you place blame of those who work the system on the system? If so, there is more than just health-care being an issue - and this crosses any political line (not just the present political party in office).
